This cuvee 100% Chardonnay from our old Chouilly vineyards could be called Blanc de Blancs.

We have a sweet acidity and a very harmonious champagne, it's probably why our Cuvée des Crayères obtains a Gold Medal on the Concours Agricole from Paris in 2015.

The opinion of our house specialists:

This vintage 2008, liberates scents of sunny anise. Its dress is shinny with a fine foam which gives envy. The mouth is mineral and hot, with aromas of anise and ripe pear. The Chardonnay on its terroir is expressed right here at 100%
