Grand Cru

It is the Demi-sec or our « dessert cuvée » which brought champagne to attention in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It was common to find champagnes with up to 50g of sugar per liter.

Nowadays, progress in oenology, the discovery of Malolactic Fermentation, and global warming are criteria which enable us to be more reasonable in the dosing.

Our Cuvée des Desserts Grand Cru comes from the same blend as our Brut Sélection.

It is dosed with 30g of sugar per liter.


The opinion of our house specialists:

Its pale-gold robe, its jolly bubbles, and its unctuous froth invite us to look closer.

A slightly vague nose, but with fine, frank scents.

The palate is quickly captured by this gentle, sweet sensation, as well as by the ample roundness.

This golden cage will then open onto a taste of fruit-tart, sweet cake, and a tasty pastry.

The partnership of food and wine is at its most miraculous here.
