Brut Rosé

14,5/20 Gault & Millau Wine Guide 2016.

Blending of years: 2011-2012.

Obtained by adding 18% of red wine. It includes the two black grapes varieties : Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

The Experts Opinion:

A sunny dress, tending towards intense red.

A nose with red and yellow fruits aromas (cherry, raspberry, peach, rhubarb), some fresh notes of cut hay exalt the nose and then the mouth, when the maturity of the fruits increases the intensity of flavors.

A gourmand cuvee.

Food and wine pairing :

It will find its place as an aperitif before the meal, but also with grilled and white meats.
